A Nature-Inspired Creative Atelier for Kids
A week of creativity, imagination, and hands-on making in a warm studio setting.
Designed for curious young makers ages 8–12, campers will explore eco-friendly materials such as Jesmonite and Craftyla's signature foamed ceramic, create unique handmade projects, and celebrate their work at a special Creative Showcase on Friday.
Throughout the week, campers will create meaningful home decor pieces they can proudly use and display at home, including trays, photo holders, miniature worlds, planters, and personalized keepsakes.

Monday - Jesmonite Color Lab
Discover color mixing, marbling, terrazzo techniques, and creative casting while learning how to work with eco-friendly Jesmonite.

Campers will experiment with colors, patterns, and textures to create unique handmade decor pieces.

Tuesday — Tiny Forest Atelier
Create your own miniature world on a lightweight, stone-inspired foamed ceramic base using moss, stones, wood, natural materials, and miniature decorations.

Campers will design and build their own miniature scene inspired by nature. Whether it's a forest, a garden, or a beach scene, each creation will be uniquely their own.
Using moss, stones, wood, natural materials, and miniature figures, children will explore creativity, storytelling, and imaginative design while bringing their tiny world to life.

Wednesday - Shrink Art Studio
Create meaningful keepsakes using shrink art and celebrate the people, pets, and memories you love most.

Campers will draw, color, and transform their artwork into personalized keepsakes using shrink art.

Thursday - Eco Planter Studio
Create your own mini planter using recycled materials while exploring creativity, sustainability, and nature.

• Mini Planter Garden
Campers will transform recycled milk cartons, paper cups, and glass jars into unique handmade planters.
After decorating their planters, they will create a lightweight foamed ceramic plant tray and plant a small succulent or cactus to take home.

Who is this camp for?
Tiny Hands Summer Camp is designed for children ages 8–12. No prior art experience is required.
Are snacks included?
Yes. Light snacks and water are provided daily.
Do campers take projects home each day?
Single-day campers take their artwork home at the end of the day. Full-week campers will have their projects displayed during Friday's Creative Showcase before taking everything home.
What should my child bring?
Just comfortable clothes suitable for art-making. All materials, snacks, and aprons are provided.
Is this a drop-off camp?
Yes. Parents may drop off campers at 9:00 AM and pick up at 12:30 PM.
During the curing time of your main Foamed Ceramic or Jesmonite piece,
you’ll also get to color a small Jesmonite mini figure. Each figure changes seasonally,
so it’s a fun surprise every time!
